Refund & Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of dahlia tubers, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is an issue with the tubers received, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. After 7 days, buyer assumes all responsibility of order. We will review the situation and work with you to send you a replacement of the damaged tuber if available or credit for the next season.
Bloom Happens Flower Farm is not responsible for losses due to weather, pests, rot after planting, growing conditions, or improper storage or care.
